What is Wax & Carves?
Wax & Carves is a DIY jewelry kit that allows you to design and carve your own jewelry piece in wax. Once you finish your design, you send the wax model back to us, and we cast it into high-quality silver or gold. You’ll receive your unique, custom-made piece of jewelry ready to wear.
What’s included in the kit?
Each kit contains:
• Wax blocks or pre-shaped bases
• Professional carving tools (yours to keep!)
• Step-by-step guide & design inspiration
• Prepaid return instructions for casting
How does the process work?
1. Create – Use the wax and tools to carve your design.
2. Return – Send your wax model back using the included instructions.
3. Cast – Our expert team casts and finishes your design in silver or gold.
4. Receive – Your finished jewelry is delivered back to you.
How long does it take to receive my finished piece?
From the moment you return your wax design, it usually takes 2–3 weeks to cast, polish, and deliver your jewelry. Times may vary depending on shipping and casting complexity.
Can I upgrade to gold?
Yes! The standard kit includes silver casting, but you can upgrade to 18K gold. The final cost depends on the weight of your finished piece. We’ll send you an estimate and only proceed once you approve.
What if I make a mistake carving?
Don’t worry—mistakes are part of the creative process! You can order extra wax blocks as add ons, or simply smooth and reshape your design until you’re happy with it.
Do I keep the tools?
Yes. The carving tools included in your kit are yours to keep and reuse for future projects.
Do you offer classes?
Yes! You can book online or in-person workshops with jewelry teachers directly through our website calendar. Classes are optional but highly recommended if you’d like guided help.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
• DIY Boxes: Refunds are available if the box is unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Classes: You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations less than 48h are non-refundable.
• No-shows: Not eligible for refunds.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We offer corporate packages for team-building events, creative workshops, or branded gifts. Contact us for a custom quote.
