Lia Staehlin is an award-winning German goldsmith and jewelry designer, internationally recognized for her fusion of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design. Trained in Schwaben and at the renowned Pforzheim School of Design, she has exhibited her work across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, earning accolades including the JNWS Award in Tokyo and the Contemporary Finished Jewellery Award at Dubai Jewellery Week.
Since relocating to the UAE in 2004, Staehlin has established two creative studios: first in Dubai’s Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood and later in Ras Al Khaimah’s Heritage Village
Al Jazeera Al Hamra. Her bespoke creations — often inspired by nature, heritage, and cultural dialogue — have been commissioned by royal clients and showcased at prestigious venues worldwide.
